Company Policies

No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, plus 20% service charge, and plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC.

Cancellation Fee
Once you reserve a vehicle, you have 24 hrs after booking to cancel without obligation. The deposit paid for Weddings or Special Events will not be returned in the event the reservation is cancelled.  If the scheduled reservation is not cancelled 30 days prior to the date of service the customer will be held liable for the entire balance.

Rescheduling Fee

RESCHEDULING OF AIRPORT SERVICE is possible at no extra charge, as long as the chauffeur has not been dispatched.  If the chauffeur has been dispatched an admistrative fee of $50.00 will be charged.

Methods of Payment
We accept major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards for booking reservations.

Passenger must have the credit card used for reservation at the time of service, so driver can make imprint of it.

If same credit card is not available at the time of pick-up and a second card is presented, a surcharge of 10% will apply.

All returned checks and declined charge cards a $25.00 service fee will be charged.

Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are billed from the time the driver leaves the TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC facility in Riverside, Rhode Island, until the time driver returns.  Fractions of an hour are charged at a half-hour rate.

We Reserve The Right
TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel any service without refund.  If the Chauffeur or the Owner feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of injury, Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be cancelled without refund.  This is without exception!!!

Electronic Communications
When you visit www.ridewithtag.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.  You consent to receive communications from us electronically.  We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.  You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Other
TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC reserves the right to substitute vehicle in the event the limousine company for reasons beyond it's control is unable to perform under this agreement, it's liability is limited to a full refund of money is paid by customer, and shall not exceed the deposit paid. TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.

While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the clients chooses to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.

Acceptance. Use of the TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC ("www.ridewithtag.com") web site at http://www.ridewithtag.com (collectively, the "Web Site") and the on-line reservation services (the "Services") provided by www.ridewithtag.com are subject to the terms and conditions of use set forth below ("Terms of Use"), which include the Privacy Policy set forth at www.ridewithtag.com/privacy and incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. please read these terms of use carefully before using the web site or the services. By using the web site or the services, You agree to these terms of use. If You do not agree to these terms of use, do not use the Web Site or the Services. TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC may change these terms of use from time to time without notice, and such changes will be effective on the date they are posted on the web site. Use of the web site after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of all such changes.

Use of the Web Site and the Services.  You may only use the Web Site and the Services in accordance with the Terms of Use, any posted policies and procedures that appear on the Web Site, and for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Web Site to: (a) transmit any material that infringes or misappropriates any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary rights, (b) transmit any material that is false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading, (c) distribute computer viruses, worms, or software intended to damage or alter a computer system without the owner's consent, (d) use "auto-responders," "cancel-bots," or other similar mechanisms that generate excessive network traffic, (e) transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable material, (f) send or relay any unsolicited advertising or chain letters, or (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Web Site or any part thereof, or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Web Site, through login password mining or any other means. TAG Chauffeured Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Web Site or Services at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have abused or violated any of these terms and conditions.
